ShimaMon (the "App") is a personal content-posting support tool developed and operated by ShimaMon (the "Operator"). The App uses the TikTok Content Posting API to upload short videos as drafts to the inbox of the Operator's own TikTok account. Publishing of any uploaded draft is performed manually by the Operator in the TikTok app; the App itself does not publish content.
The App is strictly for the Operator's personal use. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party. There is no user registration and no account creation. The sole user of the App is the Operator. Accordingly, these Terms exist primarily to document how the App operates.
All videos handled by the App feature original music created by the Operator (generated with Suno under a plan that includes commercial-use rights) together with visuals produced by the Operator. The App does not handle third-party content, nor does it access or process content belonging to any other TikTok user.
The Operator uses the App in accordance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms of Service, including labeling requirements for AI-generated content where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms grants any third party any right to use the App or the content processed by it.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Because the App has no users other than the Operator, it creates no obligations toward, and accepts no liability to, any third party.
The Operator may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
