1. Overview

ShimaMon (the "App") is a personal, single-user content-posting support tool operated by ShimaMon (the "Operator"). Its only user is the Operator. This policy describes what data the App handles.

2. Data the App Collects

The App stores only the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok for the Operator's own TikTok account, granted under the video.upload scope only. The App does not collect names, email addresses, contact lists, analytics data, or any personal information about any person other than the Operator. No data of third parties is collected or processed.

3. Where Data Is Stored

The OAuth tokens are stored locally on the Operator's own computer. They are never uploaded to any external server. The App communicates only with TikTok's official API endpoints in order to upload video drafts.

4. How Data Is Used

The tokens are used solely to authenticate uploads of the Operator's own short videos as drafts to the inbox of the Operator's own TikTok account. They are not used for any other purpose.

5. Data Sharing

The App does not sell, share, transfer, or disclose any data to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Neither the App nor this website uses cookies, analytics, advertising identifiers, or any tracking technology. This website is static HTML and loads no external resources.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Tokens are retained only while the App is in use. They can be deleted at any time by removing the local token files and by revoking the App's access in the TikTok app's security settings ("Manage app permissions").

8. TikTok Platform

The App interacts with the TikTok platform through its official API. Data held by TikTok is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy. The Operator uses the API in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.

The Operator may revise this policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
